CV3 Financial

CV3 Financial was a well-capitalized restart of the most successful private lender in the industry. Led by William Tessar, formerly President of CIVIC Financial Services, CV3 was built to provide financing for non-owner occupied investment properties, providing flexible loan solutions for these interests.  Because they were coming from an established brand, but were not themselves known under the name CV3 yet, they needed a website that was as capable and representative of their capabilities and performance as they had before, but would outshine the old one in design and flexibility.

Building CV3’s new look and feel required intensive graphic design and layout work with many iterations from the customer to get things “just right”.  Based on that excellent work, we used Divi page builder, Gravity Forms, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to create a site that not only looked great, but worked well too.

One of the more interesting parts of the site is the Account Executive section, where you can easily search and find a rep, and each rep displays unique links, and info – including any recent reviews – making it easy to know who you are talking to and how to apply for a loan properly.  This was accomplished with a combination of ACF, the Post Grid Pro, WP Reviews, and a smattering of custom code to get working.  Check it out if you stop by their site!
