
Is there such a thing as being "too successful?" When Harmann Studios asked for some assistance in how to manage their decades long, and continually growing client list, it may have seemed so to them! As a semi-professional photographer myself, getting to work behind the scenes with one of the largest photography studios in the Midwest was a great opportunity - I was honored to be asked by the owner, John Harmann to help fine-tune their CRM selection and implementation plans.
A combination of remote and on-site meetings allowed us to develop in-depth understanding of current processes and known gaps. When that was combined with the owner's solid vision for future management and marketing, a strong desire to make things as friction-free as possible, and the need for a technical solution to connect several locations, I could see why achieving this internally would be difficult - and because of my broader business background was quickly able to suggest several likely solutions.
When cost and timeline were factored in, the final recommendations were for Zoho's cloud service for CRM, and a combination of existing and new development for image and document sharing across sites. Today, Harmann Studios continues to grow, successfully market to existing and new customers, and manage both existing clients and new projects more easily than ever before!
