As a lifelong sufferer of ADHD myself and in my family, I couldn't have been more pleased when Jill Corvelli asked me to speak to the Portland Therapy Center's adult ADHD sufferers. Jill specifically needed someone with a technical bent who could share their successes with figuring out which productivity apps and devices really work for sufferers of ADHD.
I began this remote webinar and presentation by breaking down the ways in which I approach productivity tools: any collection device or app needs to be TUFF (Trusted, Ubiquitous, and Friction-Free), and it needs to fit into my personal 4-step ADHD decision matrix (Act, Delegate, Hold, and Delete). After that I told them the apps that I use on a daily basis, suggest appropriate substitutions, and answered their many questions.
This was a true "passion project" for me, and I was thrilled by the positive responses from Jill and her patients!

A hearty thank you for all you did…I know you had more time in it and I'm so grateful for your gift to me and my clients who are working so hard to figure out how to make their lives work. Your piece in finding what works is received with joy and smiles. You were good fun and very informative.
